With over two decades of experience in people development and learning design, Avisek brings deep expertise in guiding individuals through identity-level clarity and conscious decision-making. He also serves as the Co-Founder and Director of ReflectiveHorizon and Principal Keeper at Crucible Foundation, where he develops frameworks that integrate psychological insight with personal growth.

Under his leadership, ReflectiveHorizon has built a collaborative team of Certified Gold Standard Career Counsellors — professionals trained to deliver high-quality, ethical, and reflective career counselling experiences.
